  I was shorted on my 10 piece spicy nuggets that got fixed after I went inside and let them know. Little irritating, but whatever they fixed it. Got in my car, went home, and began to eat my food. I got about halfway through my double stack when I realized there was something that wasn't fully getting chewed up. After pulling it out of my mouth I realized it wasn't food! Obviously it made me gag! I'm not sure what this was, but it completely ruined my appetite and experience. I will not be returning to this location. Customer service is impossible to get ahold of. You would think it would be easier when it's concerning a foreign object.

  This location is hands down the best location in Hernando county! The food is always fresh, the staff is always friendly, and seems since they have opened my food has always been perfect. My last visit one specific employee named Yulizah took my order and was very polite and accommodating when asking about the different burger option. It’s nice people who really make the food even better. Thank you

  I ordered a baked potato and small chill- that's it- nothing special, nothing crazy. I received an order of uncooked fries with cheese and a leaking cup chill that made a HUGE mess. Don't waste your time or money!

  Pulled up to the window to put in my order at 1 AM. Now remind you the store's open till 2 AM. Sat there for about 30 seconds, looking at the menu and they wiped out the whole menu board screen and then hit like a reload. Button, and it sat there loading for 2 minutes. Purposely, messing with me cause they don't wanna do any work.. look like there was about 4 employees inside with over an hour left they are willing to do whatever Just to avoid serving customers they also shut off the lights at the drive thru making it looked closed.2/14/2026
