After she got it replaced, we opened our sandwiches which were chicken, not burgers, so I brought them to the counter open, showing the person that they were wrong. He apologized, handing me the correct sandwiches, rewrapping the incorrect ones and just putting them in a bag that went to the Doordash guy. So, if you ordered Wendy's today, and your chicken sandwiches are messed up, just know that while we DID open them, my wife and I didn't touch the actual food. It was really concerning to see food handled like that, but it was total chaos in the kitchen. Someone certainly has the title Manager at this location, but they aren't doing much managing.
