This restaurant prioritizes drive-thru and walk-in orders over app orders, and that's not how things work. I used to be a restaurant manager, and orders should be processed in the order they come in, not the order they want to. I was a customer of this Taco Bell because I love tacos, but I won't be spending my money here again.

They didn’t try and take our order like they didn’t try and interact with us at all and there were people standing around literally watching the other people work and doing nothing. I do not recommend this Taco Bell at all.
