  I'm tired of checking my order Everytime to see if it's done right. They like to give you one less item with your order.

  I order here often on my lunch breaks where I order ahead on the AP, and even when I alter items or add things to my burritos I never have any issues. Even when I’ve had some very small minor things missing a couple times just being nice to them, being patient, and saying I had something missing from the order had the issue resolved with not much time at all and then I even ended up with being offered extra items for the inconvenience. its fast food and the people working there are human…. The service is always quick and they are never rude when I have gone there. . I appreciate them doing their jobs quickly and efficiently where I can get my food in a timely manner on my breaks with never any real issues.

  Went thru drive thru at approximately 11:15. Ordered 2 number 2's, the taco SUPREMES! One order hard shell, one order soft shell...... Did not get supreme tacos for either order. The hard tacos were broken, the meat was cold. I called and the manager on duty told me to come back and they would make it right. Tried saying the order taker couldnt understand because of the wind. I explained to her that she asked us numerous times, and clarified that we wanted supremes. I then asked her if I could leave my name and she said they don't do that but we could come back any time in the next 2 days to get it made right...... Mind you, she never told me her name until I straight up asked. She just said tell them the mgr on duty approved it. As someone who has worked fast food before, and was a store manager, I knew this was BS. If you don't have a name, they won't honor the mistake. I had to pry her name out of her. I've been going to this site for years, so I'm very disappointed in tonight's service. Crew and manager both sucked!!!!!!! I basically had a lettuce taco. Hardly any meat or cheese and paid over $20 for this crap!
