Been going to Subway for years and have always customized my order which is what keeps this business unique. I asked for mustard on my pocket and the lady making my order said "i can't add anything to this, you must take it as it is". In my head that was the silliest most bizarre thing I have heard. I responded " wait I can't have mustard?" and she responded politely " I cannot customize your order, you have to take it as it is." I.was in shock. Mustard? Seriously? It was like going to a paint store and being told we can mix colors. Yikes!
