After waiting for them to complete an online order, I told Diego that I wanted to place my order because I noticed he had started making another order of four sandwiches. He replied that he had to finish that one first. It's not fair that after waiting for more than 20 minutes, I had to wait even longer while he made four more sandwiches, and his attitude was terrible.

Watching her make the person in front of me sandwich while coughing not covering her mouth or attempting to not cough towards the uncovered food prep area disgusted me enough to say something and walk out. I did mention to her the issue and her response was “Okay” ….
