  Horrible experience. Ordered 7:25. At 8:50 I called store and they advise it was given to door dash and they were not bringing it to me. So check this. I asked timeframes. They took pizza out 7:59. At 8:30 gave to driver. So they admitted the pizza sat for 31 minutes before driver picked it up and now at 8:50 that's another 20 with driver. I said cancel the order. Who wants that cold pizza. I will reorder and pickup. It's only 3 miles away. I just wanted convenience of delivery. Anyway, was put on hold forever. Finally I hung up. Pizza was delivered 2 minutes later un editable. Told driver to keep it. Called bank. Disputed charge. Order elsewhere - truly.

  The kids working there are very nice and friendly but this negative review is due to the employees not wearing gloves, touching their phones, faces one girl rubbed her nose then pushed up her glasses then reached and sprinkled cheese on a pizza. Not 1 person had on a hair net and only a couple had on hats. The guy boxing up the hot pizza has a long beard with no net on.

  Ordered a large cheese pizza, small gluten free custom pizza, and 2 sides of marinara sauce through DoorDash. Firstly, neither pizza was sliced properly. They were barely cut, maybe half way through the crust. We had to tear the pizzas into sections just to eat them. Secondly, they forgot my extra sauces that I paid for. Thirdly, the gluten free pizza was completely burnt, dried out, and absolutely terrible quality. Imagine building a pizza using a combination of paper mache and tree bark as a crust, then setting it on fire for a few minutes. You may be thinking, well, you did ask for gluten free crust. What did you expect? I certainly didn’t anticipate complete garbage. Domino’s gluten free crust is phenomenal. Maybe shop your competitors and offer a comparable product, instead of producing trash for your customers. Yeah, unfortunately Domino’s was closed already. Don’t waste your time ordering from this location. Their reviews match their products: TRASH.

  The pizza was alright, what I’m upset about is the delivery. I definitely feel ripped off. I ordered delivery through the Papa John’s app and after taxes, my order came out too $27.37. I selected cash as my payment method. I don’t know why my order was delivered by DoorDash when I ordered it through Papa John’s, but my order was delivered by a DoorDash person and they knew I was paying cash, but he says he didn’t have his wallet and couldn’t provide me any change so I essentially spent $40 for one pizza with a dipping sauce cup. That Is completely unacceptable. As a result, I’m never going to order Papa John’s again when there are a lot of other options around me that if I did order delivery through them, they probably have change in order for me to get my change back and for me to give them a tip from that.
