And waited. 30 min later I go to the counter my food was sitting in a bag never called my name never brought my food like there supposed to. The receipt was in the bag so you couldn't see who it was for. The manager says sorry were busy. 2 cold coffees supposed to be hot 3 cold fries 3 soggy bread sandwiches $35. Best fries hot worst fries cold everyone knows.Unacceptable.

There is usually a younger black girl who is at the window or occasionally taking orders, she is always rude and clearly does not want to be at work. On top of this the “hot” coffee we get is luke warm at best ice cold at worst. NONE of the employees in this location know how to make an ice coffee, every time we get one without fail it is either completely unmixed or almost all milk to the point it’s disgusting.

Hashbrowns no tag chicken mcgriddle no tags. But they charge a little extra to play the game and don’t give it to you sad. Multi-million dollar organization still scamming.
