  I've been here a few times, so far so good. I went through the drive-thru ... Brianna took the order ... she was friendly and helpful ... Great staff ... food was goooooood ... location was clean ... Thumbs up ..

  We ordered curbside pickup through the app. Within 10 min we pulled up. The app then stated "no spot was provided please go to the counter or utilize the drive through". We went to the drive through as i did not want to have to pull the kids out of the car. We waited another 5 minutes before we got to the speaker. I shared what the app said and I got a response of "well your order number is supposed to have letters in it" I explained that it was a curbside order but the app wasn't functioning. She said there was no order. We then pulled around and went in. We asked 3 different people for help. The last one said, "your food has been sitting here for 45 minutes. I threw it away." My order was placed at 1:21, we left at 1:45 after the lady stated "it has to get refunded" and walked away. At that point, I walked out, no food, no refund. I guess I will be calling later when they are not as busy and running around without a glimpse of organization.

  This location was our "go to spot" for McDonald's but never again. Everything we go now it is like Russian roulette if we get our food order right. I am not sure if the management changes but you have real problems. It used to be going out for fast food was not that expensive but now that it is so costly the orders being correct is ever more important. It is heart breaking since you are so close but we will have to find another location to enjoy our McDonalds treats.

  Let me start by saying this review is not about the cooks. They have the best fish fila I have ever had. There food is not falling off the bun like most places. So special thanks the cooks. Your the only reason we come back! Second, there is one bigger African American women that wears a burgundy shirt. She has on a long set of hair and she walks around mean as can be! She is not friendly at all and yells at the employees doing their job. She is rude to the customers and if she is in management I understand why this place is a 3.5 stars. Please get rid of her, she is no good for business at a McDonalds that has great food! She slings stuff around walks around stomping her feet and making rude comments to everyone. Just not a Delite to be around when your just on a lunch break trying to get food.

  This is by far the worst mcdonald's for fries. The fries are always cold and stale, like they've been sitting there for a while. This place is dirty and disgusting. The replies on these reviews, obviously you do not care and just pass you a link. You have the complaints right here and you refuse to rectify any of the complaints made on your reviews. We shouldn't have to make the same complaint twice. Maybe if you hired some decent people, with morals and standards, you wouldn't have this problem. Anyone who has been here knows what Im talking about. Maybe you need the health department to stop by and tell you about yourself and shut the place down. I guarantee there is food sitting at unsafe temperatures and mold growing on the drink machines. Just fix the problems!
