Chick made my latte completely wrong. How hard is it to not melt the granulated sugar, seriously. I go the the dunkin on spring hill drive and Anderson snow every day and they can make my latte without melting my sugar. So i know it can be done. So annoying!

I frequent this location often as it is right by house and next to my son's daycare. The staff is always friendly and quick. I have to give a special shout out to the manager too (not sure his name) but every time I go in he goes above and beyond to be friendly and I watch him work and he is always involved with helping his staff and helping the operation run smoothly and efficiently.

Typically if I go here it’s to pick up an order from the app before work (around 7:30 am m-f). During this time they’re ALWAYS busy, but my order is always ready to go and correct by the time I get there (usually within 10-15 minutes of ordering). I decided to grab an iced latte with cookie butter and a bagel before the gym this morning and put my order in at 6:40 am. I waited around until about 6:50 and headed to pick it up only to see nothing in the usual pickup window. I checked the app to make sure I didn’t select the wrong location and saw a notification that they are busier than normal and it will take a while. However, looking around, there were 4 employees, no one in the drive through, and one lady at the register who ordered a coffee and got it immediately. One employee was crouched in a corner on her phone, one was standing at the drive thru leaning against the wall, and the remaining two were talking. I waited until about 7:10 before going to ask someone about my order when I noticed it on the drive thru shelf. Even as I approached the counter there was no acknowledgment from a single employee until I said “excuse me”. The lady who confirmed it was my order and handed it to me was polite, I wish I’d caught her name. But the fact I’d been sitting there for 15-20 minutes in a basically empty store and not a single person asked if I was waiting on an order/ if I needed anything etc was a bit off putting. I’ve never worked in a place where this would be acceptable. Could I have asked sooner? Sure. But a simple acknowledgment that takes just a tiny bit of effort could have saved me some time and been a small act that turned this 3 star rating into a 5.

Today is the last time o will come to this Dunkin. The new one on county line and February ln. I have been several times and 9 out of 10 it's a horrible experience. Either the food gets done wrong, they tell you to pull forward and wait s lifetime or the customer service is full on attitude. Today I ordered a turkey sausage, egg and cheese croissant, a dunkalatte with oatmeal. They pulled me to the front and after waiting 5 minutes I go inside and the food was sitting on the counter. The coffee tasted like it was made with something bad, can't say here. The america was a regular sausage which I can't eat hence the reason I get turkey sausage and it was cold. My husband coffee was watered down and when I went in to request my food you could feel the nasty attitude of most of the workers there as if i should have continued to wait until the food molds for them to bring it out. This is the last straw for this specific location. I do not recall any satisfying trips to this location. The one on County Line by the Locomo skate ring is the best one by far. But this one will not see another penny from me.

I have been a loyal Dunkin customer for many years as I go almost daily. Never have I had the level of excellence that I get at this location.
Skylar is simply the absolute best! She goes above and beyond, always has a smile and the greatest attitude every day.
She creates such a welcoming pleasant environment, no matter how busy the store is. In my opinion she is the absolute best Dunkin employee the company has ever had.
