- SOSean ONov 16, 20251.0I've been going to this dunkin since it opened. The first three times everything was great. The last four times poor customer service. Coffee was disgusting, I paid extra for extra flavoring and received maybe a half pump of flavor. One time I ordered a sourdough breakfast sandwich and received a wake-up wrap. I ordered multiple donuts and received what looks like they felt like giving me. So out of the last four visits, four times something is wrong. I won't be going back anymore. The four strikes your out rule applies. As far as I am concerned they owe me for even giving them a single star. Never again 😒!!!

Not only did i have to wait over 15 minutes for a refresher but the customer service was terrible. A girl named Amy served me and had the store didn't have many people in it so about 10 minutes into waiting I went up and asked about my order and she gave me a snarky comment, walked away and then i could hear her and another girl talking about me in the back. They're completely unprofessional and don't know how to serve someone.

All because i wanted a drink remade, that i PAID FOR
- LRLana RayOct 19, 20251.0I’m now gonna have the drive an extra 15 minutes just to get my coffee. I was served by Amy and her attitude was so bad. It’s rare I mention people by name but honestly her being any form of manager or shift lead is surprising. Especially with no hirer up there and that’s what you have to deal with when you want “someone in charge” it’s ridiculous. I had no issue at first but her attitude was just ridiculous, there hiring anybody now n days. Atleast have some common decency and manners if you want people to come to your store. Im highly disappointed in Dunkin.
