I usually order a seasonal iced coffee, once they don’t offer it anymore I have trouble ordering. The girls helped me figure out the best alternative. We had a whole conversation of me explaining how I like it creamy but not too sweet and what flavors are similar to pumpkin swirl. The outcome was so close to my favorite drink I was shocked. They were so patient and genuinely helpful. Now I know what to order when I go to Dunkin, I usually stop going once they stop offering my favorite drink.

The staff is very nice and pleasant. But the staff also does not pay attention to the food quality that they are putting out. This isn’t the first time that this happened at this location and I know it won’t be the last. But when you order bacon, it is burnt most of the time. If you order the snack n’ bacon it is either so peppery you can’t even eat it or it is one solid clump to the point you’re putting the entire side that you just ordered in your mouth at once. My daughter and I went there yesterday and got breakfast. And not only was the bacon that I ordered burnt and one solid clump but if you look at her loaded hash browns that she got you will see the burnt bacon on the top. Not everybody likes burnt bacon. And if that’s the way you guys are gonna make it you need to change your menu to reflect that. The worst part about it is the cashier had us pull forward because the food had to be made. So I know you’re gonna say I should’ve came back in and said something but if we already had to wait as is for food to be made freshly. That just tells me whoever is monitoring the food isn’t monitoring it. They’re talking more than paying attention to the cooking of the food. Also going through a drive-through means that whoever is ordering food doesn’t have time to get out of the car and come in. Not tell them to oh go park and come back in or go back around again and we can remake it. It should’ve been done right in the first place.
