All the employees I’ve encountered have been super nice, however, the drive thru has gotten slower, and the consistent errors in orders. I have worked for Dunkin in the past, and honestly, coffee orders shouldn’t be that difficult, especially if they’re only 2 ingredients!! Get it together over there ladies and gents!!

I see some guy in the back making TikTok’s while I’m just sitting here waiting for my coffee. Very unprofessional and is not right. I’m never going to this place ever again and nobody else should either.
