- BVBenjamin VFeb 5, 20261.0So I decided to wait for the manager Marcelto come in and explain the situation to him and he quickly shut me out and said I was the one that was rude because I decided to drive through the drive-through since the store was not open and pick up my Uber eats orderwhich was not given to me by the girl who was at the drive-through and decided to tell me that I needed to come inside after I was waiting outside for her to open the door at 4 o’clock in the morning I would never go and order at this place again I wonder whatever happened to the customer being right definitely not at this Dunkin’ Donuts

It’s pouring rain outside and I simply asked for my Uber eats order Through the drive-through, but the girl was very rude and unprofessional Marcelo who is the manager of this store should do a better job with his employees. I would never go to this Dunkin’ Donuts to order food.
