I got a large guacamole and there was a huge avocado peel in it, it was also almost exclusively avocado in it. No onion, jalepeno, cilantro…. Also my bowl was like half full. Ridiculous.

Unfortunately the food has been going downhill! The burrito bowls are mostly rice with a couple pieces of fatty meat . Other ingredients are good but not much of them! Sad! It's convenient but not what it used to be to be!

I went to this location on County Line one time months ago and I received a decent meal. Since then, I don’t know what’s going on, but the food at this location has been awful. Ordered a bowl and the rice was nowhere near cooked long enough. Took one bite and spit it out! You guys need to make sure the rice is fully cooked before serving it to paying customers. Also ordered chips from here and they were completely stale and sour tasting. Service tends to be quite slow too. It took 20 minutes just to get out the door when there was a total of 3-4 people waiting in line. This location needs to give their employees additional training or hire competent cooks ASAP!

Since the feedback survey is conveniently down I'll post here. If I could give less than one star I would. Went here today with my boss and Chips were over salted and stale. Tacos barely had any protein. For the price I'll go to a Mexican restaurant next time. Don't think I'll be going back.

After a young man had already left mid-order to go cook food without warning or explanation, a woman finally came over to take the rest of our order only to argue that the kids Build Your Own did not include queso as a protein and would be an up charge. After showing her the website menu where it’s clearly listed as an option for the kids protein choice, she snapped not once but twice to ask if I wanted to speak to her manager. I declined and told her to charge me for it. When we finally got to the cashier, the first girl informed me she “was able to get the queso included.” No, actually you were informed by the cashier that you were, in fact, wrong and were rude to a customer. For $55 for two regular orders and two very sad kids meals, we definitely don’t also need to be treated like an inconvenience. Won’t be back.
