  Terrible experience. I placed an order at 4:30 for a 5:30 pick up, I get there and they weren’t even working on my food yet, didn’t leave with my food until after 5:45. In the process of waiting they are putting their faces up close to the container of mushrooms and smelling them asking each other if they “smell bad”

  I've been very pleased with the hospitality down here. Another great spot where we felt welcome. The food was very good too.

  The food was awesome I could not even finish everything that I got but it was amazingly good will definitely eat here again and recommend it to my friends

  Wait over a hour for my food the cook it and it was just sit there they more worried about clean up to close I was there 1 hours before closing the cashier was the only one that help me I didn’t even get all my food just was over it and wanted to go home

  Let’s talk about horrible service first of all this woman named meadow or something along the lines of that is incredibly rude sits down all the time and acts like serving us is such a hard task and that she doesn’t wanna do it and I don’t expect much but I do expect quality food and as I watch her prepare the food it was insane she looks like she hates having to serve me and all around bad experience I wish to not see her back here again as this is the worst experience I have ever had with a worker at a Charleys location
