- TTT.Aug 13, 20251.0If I could give this Baskin Robbin’s zero stars, I would. By far the worst one I’ve ever been to. No wonder they’re closing down everywhere. The people who work there have no idea what is going on. Management is rude and unprofessional. Ordered a cake online that they have advertised, and got the run around when I went to pick it up. Apparently it was No where to be found even though they confirmed that was the right address. Must have showed them the order number and confirmation 6 times. I leave with nothing because I was told to come back the next day. Come back the next day, and they tell us “I don’t know why someone would tell you we make this when we don’t so you’re just going to have to get a refund since we don’t make this.” Thanks SO MUCH for ruining everything.

Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.

After I sign up for the Birthday Club, how do I edit my account information?

I forgot my Birthday Club password. How do I log in?
You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
