  This has to be the absolute worst Dunkin I’ve been to. Constantly forget orders, give you wrong items, stare at you blankly like you have a second head, can’t speak louder than a mouse, don’t let you know if their items are out, they just give you what they have without telling you. It’s like they went to the local car show and found the lot in a van and asked if any of them know how to speak to people and they just stared back and they said “that’ll do”

  I usually order a seasonal iced coffee, once they don’t offer it anymore I have trouble ordering. The girls helped me figure out the best alternative. We had a whole conversation of me explaining how I like it creamy but not too sweet and what flavors are similar to pumpkin swirl. The outcome was so close to my favorite drink I was shocked. They were so patient and genuinely helpful. Now I know what to order when I go to Dunkin, I usually stop going once they stop offering my favorite drink.
