  The only thing I don't like is the parking to small should make it bigger it's difficult to get out of there

  I come here almost daily. It's one of only two Dunkins (SHD in Circle K also) that consistently make my coffee good. I actually go out of my way sometimes (I'm closer to 19 right now) to come here. I almost never have to wait at all. I order through the app at the light and it is almost always ready and waiting when I walk in. Once in a while, if they're really busy or if they're out of oat milk, I may have to wait a minute or two, but it's never long. Usually I'm in and out in under a minute. There have been occasions where the coffee is overpowering the flavoring. It's not often and I have asked them to remake it, and they have always been super nice about it. Usually, they just have to mix the coffee in the bucket and it's fine. The employees have always been very nice and helpful. My only complaints are the parking lot, which is *way* too small. I'm honestly amazed there aren't more accidents. In the mornings there are cars coming from every direction and no where to go. And the drive through, which isn't long enough for how busy they are and once you're in line you can't get out of line. I rarely go through the drive through though. It is significantly faster to go inside. This is true for pretty much every coffee shop I've ever been to, especially if you're ordering ahead. My other complaint is the donuts. Getting more frequent deliveries would be better. The donuts can be stale sometimes or not there at all, especially specialty/holiday donuts. Also, what do we have against apple spice donuts? They're delicious but almost never there, or any Dunkin.

  I truly go out of my way to go to this location just for kaylee. she’s an amazing employee and every single experience with her has been amazing! she’s very polite, efficient with what she does, and has incredible customer service, what i’ve learned is she’s not only an employee but an asset to the team.

  I would not recommend going to this location by any means. Just go to a better location, that actually care about the service they are providing. I have recently come to this area so for the past 9 months I’ve been regularly going to this location, since it’s right around the corner from my house. I’m not over exaggerating when I say 6 out of 8 drinks are trash. This location doesn’t not care about the quality of service they are providing. I will explain just two incidents that have made me completely repulsed by this location. One when I was on my way to work so I stopped in for a hot latte with 3 pumps of caramel. The coffee I got was not even drinkable. I try for the first half of my morning adding cream to help nothing worked. It was almost as if the coffee was old and burnt. It had a black film on top of the coffee and the inside of the cup after I dumped it out. The most recent incident that shows utter laziness and incompetence. I places a pick up order for two coffees and mine is a brown sugar shaken espresso with and extra pump of brown sugar because every time I come to this location they fail to make the same way other locations do. I get my coffee it’s made with milk and it’s bitter as if no pumps of brown sugar is even added. I usually accept it is what is. I decided I was going to have it remade because I want to enjoy my coffee and not have to go home or to work trying to fix it up. I go inside and let them know it’s made with milk and it’s lacking brown sugar flavor. They go to remake my drink and while they are remaking it another worker starts making a drink that also requires brown sugar pumps, but he opens a new bottle of brown sugar syrup. The person who made my drink twice was so lazy they did not care to check if they we’re getting any syrup in my cup either time they made it. I watch him make my drink the second time and I can honestly say I didn’t taste sweetness of the syrup in my drink. Not the first time when made with milk or the second when I watched him make it the second time. So that leads me to believe the syrup was already empty and he didn’t care to check, or open a new one. It took a completely different employee from the back to come and open a new one. While the guy who gave me my drink was totally fine with giving me a crappy drink twice. I won’t be going back to this location and anyone I’m with Í will encourage them to go to other locations from here on out. This location is a huge inconvenience and fails to do a simple job with a simple service.
