  This particular Dunkin’ Donuts located in Spring Hill off of US 19 I have had several issues with customer request of how I would prefer my drink to be made and being told can’t do that. It’s against company policy, example today when I visited I ordered a Dunkin zero with no ice tropical mango so I can bring my drink home and use my own ice and enjoy my drink the way that I want throughout my day and I was told that it was against company policy for no ice which I find very strange because I’m not paying for the ice I’m paying for my drink and if I prefer not to have ice in my drink for whatever case it may be for that customer I don’t feel like that should be a problem

  Yes, this place is a joke. I wanted a large, hot black coffee and a glass of a large glass of ice water. I told them I would even pay them for a large refresher if they can just put water in the cup and they denied denied denied that’s bullshit. I needed a glass of ice water to take my medicine that I was late to take and I could not get it. I had to go all the way over to 7-Eleven to get it. It’s ridiculous. All I wanted was a Cup of hot coffee and a water from my favorite place in the whole wide world and guess what this place just ruined it it’s ridiculous. I do want somebody from Corporate to call me or get in touch with me because that’s wrong. They’re offering 4 small cups of water free when I offered to pay for a large drink I just wanted them to sub out the ice water and they would not do it.

  Disappointed with this location. Coffee was lukewarm and breakfast wrap and potato bites were smashed into the bag.

  Place is a mess, there was urine on the floor. Bathrooms were disgusting locks on the outlets seems to cater to people who don’t practice hygiene daily.
