  This location started hot. Was our favorite around. The last month or so in the evenings it’s all gone down hill. Multiple times items aren’t being kept up with. Rice, meats, beans, queso etc that are totally gone and the kitchen staff isn’t keeping up. There is internal frustrations being shown between the person making the bowls and the guy in the back. He seems to have no motivation or hustle. I had to wait on rice tonight because he was slow. Then there was a miscommunication between them that led to frustration because the rice was done and sitting there not ready to go. So waited 10 mins for that. Got down the line and chicken was almost gone. No cilantro lime, no queso etc. had to wait longer for the guy to make queso. By the time she had given me queso and the next person it was already at half. Whatever happened to the guy that was managing the place in the evenings? He didn’t allow that stuff with the staff and never had issues with him around.

  jonathan went above and beyond today. There was a problem with my order and without hesitation he stepped up and just remade it with no hassle. It was appreciated and a reason I go to this chipotle

  I went here when they first opened and the portions were ridiculous, I asked for double steak and the burrito had less steak than a normally portioned one. Anyways I figured id come back and try it again, and unfortunately they still severely underportion their food, Im gonna assume the owner of this one is the problem as it was a whole different crew this time.

  Something has gone wrong in the last 2 months. This was our favorite Chipotle, friendly communicative employees, cleaning up after each item they served. A totally different experience Yesterday March 12, 2026 5:30pm, we walked out. I love pintobeans in my bowl, there were maybe a scoop dried up in the container, food was everywhere in the counter they make your item. I asked the young girl employee if they had fresh beans, she stared at me with a straight face and said NO. I responded with surprise and repeated, no? No fresh beams? She said NOPE, very short and rude. We walked out. I should have immediately asked for a manager at that time, but everything looked so dirty, we didnt see the point. The staff returned to their socializing, not a care in the world. What happened to smiling faces, happy employees that represent the establishment that pays them to service the customers. So so sad. At this point, I doubt we will ever stop at this location again. We stopped frequently, but no longer. Went across the street to Culvers, totally different attitude, very happy employees, very helpful.

  First let me say that no one wants to work here. There was one person filling orders and doing the register with one person in the kitchen and one person doing bowls in the back… 2 employees were next to the register laughing talking and distracting the one person filling orders. We stood at the counter for 5 minutes while everyone just looked at us. I Ordered an Al pastor bowl and it is good my son asked for a burrito and was handed a bowl. The one kid jumped on the register finally and asked if I wanted chips and queso I said I wanted chips and guacamole and then I asked for a drink and he didn’t ask me a size just handed me a small. Got to the car and no chips and guacamole… wasn’t charged for it so I didn’t even go back in and waste my time. They don’t listen and don’t care to. At least the food tastes good.
