- ALAva LeClairSep 28, 20251.0placed a pickup order, the pesto flatbread was DRENCHED in pesto sauce, so much to the point it was leaking all over the car. i kindly asked the employees to have it remade, after an unapologetic “sure”, she brought back another remade version. after leaving the location, it was to my surprise to see the same exact issue i just blatantly expressed. as someone in customer service it is our job to make sure our guests are satisfied and show concern when not meeting a standard expectation….. this is just laziness
