  drive thru girl is creepy and off putting with subpar customer service. nearly every visit you can tell the fries have been cooked, sat out and re-dipped in the frier. people who aren’t naturally respectful of others shouldn’t work in food service. to give someone paying you their money for a meal of the day some crap you wouldnt eat your self and serve it with a bad attitude is just a lack of respect for others and such distasteful entitlement. maybe this is a bit dramatic but that drive thru girl seriously gets to me… cant you put someone friendly at the window? can she not do anything else like damn

  First time I’ve had Taco Bell in a long time I quit going to the location on 66th St. in South Pasadena because it was always horrible. Decided to try it last night. I have to honestly say it was the best Taco Bell experience I ever had so I don’t know if they changed staffing hopefully they did because the people there before didn’t care. I literally went back the next day and seen the manager. I wanted to show her how many packs of hot sauce was given to me. It was a whole bag full over 100 pockets she was modified I said do you know that this is actually shrink in your store she’s like I know so whoever is in charge now the food was awesome last night. Thank you you about time.
