  They don't honor the company policy of (If we don't offer to show you your Carryout Pizza it's Free) when they fail to do so and you question it they tell you they don't do that and to leave.

  I came to pick up my pizza. While waiting it seemed they messed up 3 orders. Then they tell me they forgot to add toppings to my pizza.... Yeah seems like a lot going wrong here. Then I get the weakest large pan pizza I've ever gotten from a Pizza Hut is missing about 20% actual Pizza. I was going to go in for a refund but I was in a hurry to get back to work. This place ain't it. All this for nearly half an hour wait to see probably the worst operation I've ever seen with people coming in with messed up orders to orders. Don't order from here again please. *After taking a bite it tasted off and awfully bad.

  Stopped by the Pizza Hut on Pasadena and had a great experience! The food came out hot, fresh, and exactly how we ordered it. The pizza was loaded with toppings, the crust was perfectly cooked, and everything tasted on point. The staff was friendly, helpful, and made the whole process quick and easy. It’s always nice to find a location that’s consistent and cares about quality. Definitely coming back again soon!
