It's disappointing that, in a location where the product is genuinely good, the customer service falls so far below expectations. One of the cashiers spends a lot of time on her phone, speaks to customers in a rude and unpleasant manner, doesn't greet anyone, and doesn't even say thank you after a purchase. Sadly, people like this still exist - but what's even more disappointing is that this establishment seems to take no action against these employees, even after other customers have reported similar experiences. Maybe I don't make much of a difference, but they've definitely lost me as a customer. And anyone who asks me about this place will hear about my experience, because I absolutely do not recommend going there. 10/30/2025

So I was super disappointed when both times I’ve come to the Dixie HWY location the woman at the cash register is on her phone talking extremely loudly. Not welcoming. And considering there are other reviews about her and the establishment saying they’d deal with the situation, the establishment clearly has not. I went to another location last week and was treated fine. But here was not the same case. I ordered my bagels online and asked for sauce when I got there. I was told I had to pay for extra sauce. Fine. Never had that happen, even just the week prior at another place, but I figured maybe it’s new. So I paid $2 for one little 2oz cup of chipotle sauce. I suggest either every shop get on the same page of charging extra because it felt super rude for her to be talking loudly on the phone not bothered by my presence but could chime in to tell me I had to pay extra for the sauces. I will not be going to this location anymore.
