I explained that I cant tell if it is refilled or empty by looking at it. And she continued being rude and we left to go elsewhere. No wonder this place has this reviews and it visible looks like it is failing.

No apology or attempt to correct the mistake was offered. After reviewing feedback from other customers posted approximately a month ago describing similar issues, including rude behavior and lack of management response. It appears this is a recurring problem rather than an isolated incident. In my opinion, the business benefits primarily from its location. In a less favorable area, service at this level would likely not be sustainable. I would recommend considering alternative nearby options such as El Bagel or Toasted Bagel for a more professional experience. P.S. the attached photo is what they stated is the extra cream cheese or lack thereof.

A woman named Alicia took my order and clearly did not pay attention to what I was saying and got all of it wrong. After waiting for 30 minutes, my order arrived all wrong and when i questioned her she started going off on me saying i was the one who ordered the wrong thing. Only want to thank one of her colleagues who was nice enough to come help me and redo my order. For next time, Einstein should be concerned with hiring better employees who can manage to get an order right.
