  staff is incredibly rude the person in front of me got their order messed up and had to come back around and then when we got home and checked ours neither of the sandwiches were correct and we were literally missing a burger. when we called to try to talk to someone about it the manager was very rude and literally would not respond on the phone and we could hear the workers in the back talking about us badly. like do ur job right and this shit won’t happen bro you literally have ai to take ur orders now there is literally no excuse besides laziness smh.

  I've gotten burgers twice that were not fresh. Patties were dry and rubbery and bun was smashed. Happened once with delivery and once in person. Staff is friendly as always but quality wasn't great.

  if i could give this place negative stars i would.. the staff has been rude MULTIPLE times and given us the wrong stuff, and when we say its wrong they tell us its right and get annoyed like they’re not the ones who made it wrong. never coming back to this location, you should definitely find new staff. it’s about midnight right now so whoever’s working this shift is who’s at fault.

  It was our first time using AI ordering. The AI didn't get our order correct, although we tried to change it. We drove to the window to get the order corrected. The woman at the window had an attitude because we drove to the window and didn’t finish the order with AI. The whole experience was frustrating, but funny at the same time.
