  Where do you start. App stated use current location. It did not as it used a restaurant 6 miles away. The manager was contacted by the previous store that we were on our way and remake the food so it wasn’t old. They told us they did. They did not…hamburgers were cold. I don’t know how many days old the pretzel stick was. It appeared to be several days old. Cheese on the tots was hard. The refreshers didn’t have any flavor at all. Oh, that’s not forget the women’s room locked did not work and the hand dryer didn’t work and there is no towel towels. Pretty gross place.

  Pulled up and parked in a mobile pickup spot because I ordered on their app. App says to check in and then hit the red button on the menu board. Mobile pickup spot does not have a menu board. I put in the spot I am on in the app and wait. 10 minutes go by and I figure Ill just go get the order in the drive thru. Drive thru lady is rude and adamant that I NEED to go and wait in the mobile pick up spot. Go back to the spot and someone comes out and asks me my name. Tell her and she goes and gets my food inside of 30 seconds. Food is cold because it was probably just sitting on the counter. Also they forgot half the sauces we requested.

  My only problem was they put my footlong chili dog on its side. Really... There was barely any chili or cheese on it. A whole 1/4 inch on each side was bare. Why get a footlong bun when it is not a footlong bun? AND DO NOT SERVE ON ITS SIDE. Taste was good. Prep was aweful. Tots and pretzel were good. Lordie put chili and cheese on the side next time. Still always good taste. This seemed rushed with little customers.

  Burgers were not good way too much cheese, lettuce tomato was mushy, fries were cooked and recooked! Not Good at all! I am a retired culinary professional of 48 years and I usually like Sonics...I hope they can bounce back.

  Business and food suck lately. Second time my food was so screwed up I saved it and gave it to my dogs. Second time in a row since whoever new managers are. I will not be back. They cut way too many corners and food is not right for the price. Consistency is a real problem with this location. They don’t follow correct recipe. I should go to any sonic and item should be same and correct as ordered. Money is to hard to come by to just throw away! Avoid this location at all costs. Or you will be very freakin disappointed. Then get to work guess what no one answers. I wouldn’t even give them a 1 star…the sandwich shown supposed to be a bacon toaster not bacon and egg on bread. Smdh can’t eben get the simple things right!!!
