Im trying to complain on the app and it wont let me. Photo proof below. I still ate the fries and nuggets, the burger is entirely inedible.

We’re sitting in line right now PARKED with no one behind us and it’s been 10+ minutes of sitting while your employees sit in there and eat pizza at the window.

Not just once or twice this happens, but nearly every time there's a 10-20 minute wait. This has been going on for a few years. I actually stopped going to this location but every 6 months or so, I'll give them a chance to see if it's gotten better. Nope. Not the employee's fault. They are doing the best they can with what they have to work with. Owners / Management to blame.
