    this is one of the worst Wendy's I've ever frequented. they never get your order right and will charge you for more expensive items you didn't order if you're not paying attention. not sure if this is intentional, or just an inability to stop talking over customers in the drive thru long enough to hear what they actually order.

    The chicken nugget looked interesting and we waited 30 minutes in the drive through mind you there was only 3 cars in front absolutely criminal change employees!!!!

    The cashier named Ashley had a nasty attitude seemed a little prejudice to me I asked her to scan my QR code to receive a free 6pc nugget and I didn’t receive my 6pc nugget in the bag nor did she give an explanation as to why the six piece nugget was not in the bag nor did she ask me what kind of dipping sauce I would like with the six piece nugget and the code that I had her scan was also not on the receipt. I did not enjoy my customer service experience with her at all, and if I ever decide to spend money there again, I do not want her to take my order because that type of attitude and customer service is just downright ridiculous And for the manager or CEO that reviewed this review the cashier that took my order was made Ashley the order was taken on October 29, 2025 The order was placed at 3:08 PM and the ticket order number was 10037

    They didn't let my door washer know they no longer made the frosty's I ordered. They got my burger wrong. I ordered a JR bacon cheese burger which comes with lettuce tomatoe mayo. All I got was patty cheese and bacon. All three of other burgers were suppose to be jr cheese burgers ketchup only. All I got was patty cheese no ketchup.
