We sent the dasher back and that’s when I opened what is supposed to be a quesadilla to a completely burnt tortilla, not even edible (see attached photo). We sent the door dasher a photo in hopes he would show them once he got back to get the rest of our order. They told him they weren’t remaking the quesadilla and they weren’t going to give us my missing fries either. Tried to call them to ask what’s going on or maybe resolve the issue as best they can as none of us are able to physically leave our office, and no one would pick up. $50 spent and we barely received what we paid for and I didn’t get to eat lunch. I’ve had some rough Taco Bell experiences but nothing like this. If I could give negative stars I would.

Three employee's sitting outside on the sidewalk smoking cigarettes, while I sit waiting to place my order for 5 minutes in the drive through lane. Drive through window ledge is extremely gross with dirt that has never been cleaned off. I asked for a couple packets of hot sauce and got 18 packets. What a waste of what could be a really good business. Management is terrible and the owner must not care.
