  Sat at drive thru for 5 minutes waiting for someone to respond. Finally pull up to the window and they said they were “yapping” so didn’t notice the line in the drive thru. Bagel is always rock hard stale. Fries are always cold and taste like they’ve been reheated in a microwave. Skip this mcdonalds and go to the one on nova rd its way more consistent.

  Ordered all three Patty cheeseburger meal with a banana smoothie did curbside pick up waited 10 minutes before I had to go in to get my order three cars go through drive-through before all this after I got there get my food since waiting on l fries. I literally live five minutes away. Get home fries or ice cold everything is lukewarm. My smoothie is full of ice not a smoothie so undrinkable. And it was supposed to be a large but it’s not full.

  This is the third time in as many weeks I have gotten my food and it has been incorrect. I am sick today and my son went to get our order and they told him it was cancelled at the drive through so he went in to see what happened and it was on the counter cold. He got home and my bacon egg and cheese McGriddle was a Canadian bacon egg and cheese English muffin. How ? It’s nice to have one close but I will drive ten minutes to get it right and hot and have a friendly person. They don’t even offer an I’m sorry 😢

  Have given this location probably 8 chances at this point since I live nearby. Without fail every single time I come to this McDonald’s at least one thing is missing or wrong. I’ve never been to a McDonald’s that so consistently messes orders up! Doesn’t matter if I use the mobile app or order at the drive through, no matter what something is wrong. Today I ordered a big breakfast with bacon and hotcakes! Love McDonald’s breakfast, don’t love missing my eggs and undercooked bacon. Last time I went, my sandwich with *no* lettuce had lettuce, both meals I ordered were cold excluding the chicken sandwich and they didn’t have sweet tea at 8pm!? They’re listed as 24 hours and she said she was out for the night. Ah yes, they’re listed as 24 hours, which is also Wrong. Every night they close at *about* 11pm. Multiple nights I have been in the drive through around that time and have heard them talking about closing by 11-12. One night I was waiting in the drive through and the manager was bringing an order out to a car. She went up to the window spoke to her team member and as she walked away said “tell her we’re wrapping up by 11:30!”. This McDonald’s opened up within the past 3 months and I have never experienced such horrible service. I ordered a sprite a couple of weeks ago and got handed just liquid carbonation with no flavor. I let the gentleman at the window know and he said “you’re like the 8th person that has said that today hahaha. What did you want in exchange?”. This is after my order was already corrected and i was told again, they have no tea- sprite was already my second choice… This store is consistent in one thing, and that’s do things wrong. Don’t recommend this location at all. TLDR Have been on more than a handful of occasions, every visit has had minimum one thing wrong- they aren’t 24 hours at all!

  i really can’t say i’ve had a bad experience from this McDonalds even when my order was messed up last night on 2/2. my boyfriend and i have come in since this location first opened and have been impressed by the food quality and service this location offers. every time we get fresh perfect food. last night we ordered holiday pies through the drive through, 2 holiday pie packs so 4 pies in total, we paid and the receipt said holiday pies and we got handed the bag and she said “heres your holiday pies!” and the bag felt kinda light so i checked as we drove off and it was only 2 pies total in the bag. so we went back through and they had us pull around again and as i was sitting there i noticed it smelled like strawberries and not holiday pies. so i opened the pies and they were strawberries and creme. we dont like strawberries and creme. we let the worker in the drive thru know they were wrong and she said they were actually out of holiday pies now. (which is so sad plz bring holiday pie back Mcdonalds) so we left. but we didnt really want the pies at all. so we were like well maybe we can just get a refund or swap it for something. so we turn around again and go inside. the manager comes up to us who was extremely kind and understanding. she immediately was offering solutions and let us exchange for something else. we got Mcflurries and she even gave us fries for each of us too. so to the manager who was working 2/2/2026 at around 9:30 PM you are amazing!! THANK YOU for making our night !! when we were disappointed you immediately made it right. we need more of you in the world!
