  I debated posting a review, but the experience this morning was frustrating. I understand mornings are busy and many places are understaffed, but the issue wasn’t just the long drive-through line (which is still crazy, btw) —it was the service. The girl who took my order was pleasant, but the older woman at the window was very rude. She practically flung the card reader at me—to the point that I had to catch it and steady it before inserting my card. She then snapped when asking how many munchkins I ordered (it was on the receipt) and seemed irritated the entire time, including a huff when telling me she would go get them. After waiting at the window for quite a while, she asked what drink I had ordered even though my frozen coffee had clearly been sitting there. And I felt incredibly uncomfortable knowing there were so many cars behind me wondering what the hold up was. I understand being busy, but that was too much.

  Protein matcha and coffee that looks like tea. Rude and nasty when you want things corrected if I could give no stars I would. I can’t with yall

  This store must have an amazing manager at the helm because it is by far the best Dunkin’ Donuts in the Ormond Daytona, new Smyrna Beach area! The employees are always polite, efficient, in great spirits, helpful, and professional. I cannot say the same for many of the other Dunkin’ Donuts stores I have visited in the area. I’m not saying they’re all terrible, but they don’t seem to go above and beyond like the employees at this store! Especially today, where they offered to frost me a couple old-fashioned donuts in order to make my favorite chocolate doughnut, which is typically always sold out in the late afternoon. This made me very, very happy! Way to go ladies!!

  So dunkin has the best ice water 💧 😋 and its .50 cents.... fir a large. I mean what a deal.

  I wanted a lg frozen mocha coffee but they couldn't break my $50 I was distraught to say the least... And destroyed I left mochaless but other than that it was a great experience.
