  I just got a delivery from the Sorrento store just within the last 15 min or so and I can't help but to say I have never given 5 stars for a restaurant review BUT you guys deserve it for real .. why? It's always what I ordered exactly, but the best part is it's always fresh and hot just hot enough to eat right at the moment you deliver it. So I can't think of any reason to give you guys less than 5 stars! Keep it up! Awesome

  I get it if you get slammed with orders and if your system is down but I'm sure that if my service is back up because of the tower being down then I know your system is up and I called Domino's at 8:09 and you tell me call back in 20min and then I'll see if my driver can deliver and I cal at 10 and you still tell me your system is down you can deliver and I'm willing to pay extra so I can eat and tip your driver and you just tell me there's no telling when your system is get back on line then I think it's bullshit my order is almost $40 all the time I always tip the driver $5 and and I said I have no problem waiting but you just won't because your trying to rush out and get your day over we'll get another job that has nothing to do with making food and taking orders so Domino's don't want my money okay that's just great I bet if this was one of Shack Domino's I bet I be eating Domino's Right now damnit!!!!! Poor customer services.

  Horrible experience here, Pizza arrived not fully cooked. Pizza had raw dough still stretchy meaning it’s clearly raw. Called the place and a guy answered we explained the situation and he was completely rude about it and basically told us we were lying about it. As soon as I mentioned that I have no problem going to the place to show him he then proceeded with refunding us for the order and said he is busy and has no time for this then hung up on us. We unfortunately did not get his name. I hope higher up sees this as I will file a complaint on BBB on this location and employee.

  Walked in, ordered a pizza. Waited 5 minutes because they were super busy. Got my pizza & enjoyed it.
