  When you have a customer standing in front of you to order , and ignore them to make online orders that aren’t even in store .. really???

  So I am not one to complain about a business online But this is the only way to see that it gets to the franchise owner. Fri March 13 at 4:45 I came into your location there was two of us waiting to make an order or pickup an order. As the young man behind the counter finished up the pickup order he informed me he had to make these other sandwiches first 4 tickets hanging. I informed him I had my service dog in my car and ask if there was no one else to help he told me not really. Well here is where I had enough. There was another lady in the back he called her once and she didn’t answer I could clearly hear her on the phone. Now what has happened to customer service? And as I said at the start I am not one to complain let alone online but this is the second time this has happened. And I just let it go the first time but not this time. That young man up front was nice he never said a bad word but he knew what was going on was wrong. So I place no blame on him. Look I understand call in orders have to be filled and have no complaints about him doing his job this falls on management/owners. I own a local business and if I walked in and seen a customer not being served and one of two people working ( not saying the girl in the back wasn’t doing subway business) Heads would roll for the simple reason the customer is why we have a job/location and that customer would have been served first. And as I said this is not the first time this has happened in your store. I owe you or subway nothing so for you to lose one customer is nothing Right? So without further complaint it’s plain and simple I will not be returning to your store to be treated like I am a burden to your employees.

  We stopped for fuel and even though the gas station bathrooms were deplorable, the Subway area was clean and neat. The Server Kristen was excellent. She has the BEST Customer Service skills. My husband and I shared a sandwich and it was very good.

  03/02/2026 720pm. Requested crispy cooked bacon and they gave raw bacon on both substances. Also added cheese when its supposed to only be half cheese.

  Positive people, great attitude made me feel welcome and they didn’t get frustrated with my confusing order.
