They are not at fought, because of a employee not caring to know any better. The young woman that came on night shift tonight, denied (Dine In Customer) restroom at 7:25PM. She had a Nasty Attitude. Needs to work on her Professional Customer Skills. She told me to go next door to Hungry Howie and use restroom. I asked to speak with other lady Ms Jessica that was their. Ms. Jessica told me that they just switched shifts. She was getting ready to leave. If it wasn't for her leaving, she would let me use restroom. Bathroom was working just fine. The young woman didn't want to have to clean at end of shift. Ms. Jessica deserves a raise and a Manager position. She doesn't have a lazy bone in her body. You need many more Ms Jessica's. I've read Florida statues. Deny a Dine In Customer the restroom is against Florida statues. Next time, could be a Attorney or Judge. Owners need to have a meeting with your employees. I'm a Business Owner myself. This would cost my employee their job if they did it again. Being hired in any field of work, you have task to complete.
