  I go to this McDonald’s everyday for a large vanilla ice coffee and today the service was worse than the other times they are all bad times and experiences I have because every time you go in there they wait on you and they walk away and do not prepare the drinks at all until at least 20 minutes has passed And today was a very long time till I got my drinks. I ordered it and they waited at least 15 minutes to make it because I had to ask them to please make it and they brought me black iced coffee with no cream and that’s not what I asked for and I said please give me a refund or make my vanilla iced coffee and after minutes minutes has passed, they finally made it, but they made it with no coffee and very milky. When will this McDonald’s be a normal McDonald’s???

  Food was early wrapped up we were missing a thing of chicken nuggets and half the fries were not even there worst experience ever

  This place is a disaster. I feel bad for the poor guy managing, he looks dead inside, and I would too running this store. Never terribly busy, but looks like they’re slammed behind the counter, clueless employees that look like they could care less about there jobs, with not an ounce of urgency. All the kiosks broken, nobody takes your order until you’re standing there for a few minutes. McDonald’s as a whole has been in free fall for years, I don’t know how half of them stay open.
