- SMStephen McJul 7, 20251.0Absolutely disappointing, 3 of you there. No one was in line. I had an online order, I come here, 20 minutes after it’s placed, still making the last sub. Here’s where you all messed up, I had ordered TWO TOASTED HOT SUBS. Well, it’s missing the toasted and hot. Not even the meat (meatball, bacon, pepperoni, nor chicken) was cooked/toasted. Quite ridiculous. I am requesting the store owner/General Manager to contact me, I want my money or a correction made. You can see clear as day, uncooked/not toasted, not even all the toppings are there. These are two subs I get frequently, I know the taste and the way it should be. Please try and argue photos and CLEARLY STATED NOTES AND ORDER REQUEST. I don’t know their names, but 3 females working today. Do better.
