  It's about what you would expect from a fast food burger joint. Food tasted alright and it came out quick with a decent price.

  This restaurant is freezing inside. I eat here 3 tumes a week and the food is great but bring your winter coat. Please turn on ur heat for the cold days. Also one of their front doors dont close?? Its so uncomfortable eating in the cold atmosphere.

  I ordered a meal at work and had it delivered and I got 2/3 the way down in my frosty and tasted what tasted like straight bleach. When I called the restaurant, the woman who answered was unbelievably rude and dismissive. Tried to get info about who the manager and district were but was told they don’t have that info

  Just spent $50, 2 of the drinks were wrong, fries were super cold and gross, and they left out a order of fries. Between this and the stupid AI ordering system, will never go back.

  Every time we go to that restaurant we always have to wait. After we came to the window we had to be pulled up to wait yet again for our food. After they finally brought out my order we didn’t have a chance to check it before the employee went back inside. We then noticed we were missing something. There were cars behind us so we had to go back around to the speaker. We couldn’t get anyone to answer the microphone due to the ai function and had to re order it all over again. We had to wait another ten minutes inline before we got to the window. Then the two managers proceeded to argue it seemed with the window attendant because we said we were missing the item, and would not pay for another one. Finally they “offered” to give us the 6 piece nuggets that we were supposed to get in the first place. This happens every time we order from here. Multiple times we have been pulled up and forgotten about as we ordered personal mobile/drive thru orders as well as when we picked up DoorDash orders.
