  Be aware you might get food poisoning. My parents ate there and my dad got very sick throwing up later on and he NEVER gets sick. I’ve seen a couple of other reviews stating the same thing.

  We both got the beef teriyaki. Huge meat chunks that were so dry I could hardly swallow it. Flavor was not that bad. Live fairly close and disappointed we can take advantage of that

  I’ve been coming here for nearly a decade and have never had an issue until today. While the food remains good, the service was very disappointing. My sister and I waited over 20 minutes without being acknowledged. When we asked a male server (not assigned to our table) if he could take our order or locate our server, he responded that he didn’t have time and walked away without offering help. After another 10 minutes, we asked again if he could at least locate our server so she knew we wanted to order, and he spoke to us in a dismissive and unprofessional manner while explaining he was running the floor alone. When our waitress eventually came, one of our items was forgotten and never delivered. We left after receiving only four pieces of sushi. Unfortunately, the service issues overshadowed the quality of the food, and I wouldn’t recommend returning based on this experience.

  Great local place with kind people. My family and I have been coming here for years. They really care about their customers and the sushi is ALWAYS fresh fresh fresh. The fish looks like little gems. Pic from when I ate by myself once and they were so sweet to me (yes I got a box don’t judge)

  Very disappointing experience. We came in as a party of five, including a 2-year-old. We waited about 10 minutes to be seated, which was fine. However, once we were seated, no one came to our table to greet us, take a drink order, or even acknowledge us in any way. We sat at the table for an additional 15 minutes with absolutely zero service. During that time, both the host and the server walked past our table multiple times and completely ignored us. No explanation, no apology, no acknowledgment of a delay. At the time, there were only about four tables actively eating and at least 8–10 empty tables. We only saw one server, and it did not appear to be busy. After waiting long enough—especially with a toddler—we packed up and left. Not a single employee said anything to us as we walked out. To make matters worse, there was another couple waiting by the front door for about 10 minutes who also left before ever being seated. This was especially disappointing because my wife’s family used to love this place. Unfortunately, based on this experience, we won’t be returning.
