I have ordered from this spot for ten years and not had an issue. Today, my pizza said delivered but it never even left their store. They asked me to come get it when I finally called them. When I said I wanted it delivered they said it would be 45 more minutes. I was not too happy with that, but I understand stuff happens. When I asked if the pizzas would be made fresh, the employee said no they would still be hot. I don’t want already over an hour old pizza an hour later. I talked to Andre the manager and he was not helpful, completely rude and dismissive. I will not use this location again. I’ll go pick up at the 66th branch. Andre Wilson is a joke, a jerk, and needs to be relieved of his duties.
