We waited for 45 mins for our food and he never asked if we wanted water. It was a very bad vibe and service. Not even a manager stopped by.

- ABAmy Byrd6 days ago2.0I have been coming here for multiple years and it has really gone down. The visit prior to this one was horrific. The manager apologized and was really nice. The server was terrible and didn't check on us much. Outback took 2.5 hours to eat dinner. This visit we were informed that the strawberry lemonade (that we also had on our last visit) was not refillable. Server was not unkind but this was the first time in over five years we had been told this. I checked the menu and it does not say it is not refilled. Then they charged me for another drink a soda. Send the front of house manager out and she said that they have always been non refill drinks. When I questioned it about my previous visit she said do I remember the server who did as if I were lying. I then pointed that the me u did not state this either she then said and I "we cannot control what the menu says" loosing someone that spends $100+ twice a month over some new rule that isnt stated anywhere is insane to me. It isnt about the drink it was the way in which it was handled and the fact they charge for a second soda bc they do not refill the drinks all of a sudden. Won't be back. Shame love outback food.
