First of all the fountain was removed from the diningroom so good luck getting refills. That's an automatic no for me for any fast food restaurant. Second they're expecting you to use the kiosk and basically collect your food at the pick-up counter which basically feels like a walk-up "drive thru". Horrible. I used to frequent this McDonald's but this nee redesign is the nail in the coffin.

No one is ever at the counter. No greetings or offer to help. If you need something good luck. Its set up so nobody can see you waiting. The only human interaction is when they come out of their cave, (the kitchen), to bring out an order. This era of money saving, electronics instead of human customer service is disgusting! Good Lord! I use to make friends with the folks at my regular McDonald's! This new age crap is NOT good for business. So disgusted.
