  We are back in Florida for a few months and went to Einstein Bagels in Seminole yesterday. We had the best experience there. The new manager Bee was delightful, friendly, and helpful. What a change from last year! My bagel was toasted to perfection. The service was great. We will go back often!

  Update: my family in the area were contacted by the area supervisor (Scott) and he quickly resolved the situation. I'm sorry if came to that, but I greatly appreciate the assistance and the quick response. Horrendous lack of customer service. I had lunch with family in this restaurant on 12/30/2025. I made the mistake of leaving my purse hanging on my chair when we left after lunch. I discovered my error about 20 minutes later when I got back to my family's house. Immediately I called the restaurant and they looked for my purse but said they couldn't find it. My sister & I returned to the restaurant, talked to the staff, scoured the place - including looking in every garbage can and even the dumpsters behind the building to see if my purse had been discarded. I asked the manager if he could look at the security videos in the store. He said the cameras weren't working. I asked if anyone had turned in the purse and it was stashed in a cupboard/lost & found. He said "No". I gave him my name & number, but never got a phone call. I spent the evening cancelling my credit cards, calling my bank, getting a temporary driver's license replacement, I called the police to report the theft, etc. etc. I was there visiting family and traveled out of state the next day to return to my home. The day I left my sister tried one more time at the restaurant. The staff that was there was different than the day before, and apparently the manager had the day off. One of the staff - a girl name Cheyenne immediately said that she had my purse when my sister described it. She returned my purse to my sister and was extremely apologetic and helpful. This restaurant needs more staff like Cheyenne who act with compassion and integrity. Thankfully nothing was missing from my purse or wallet, but all the distress and panic was totally unnecessary if the manager had actually made even the tiniest effort to help when he was asked. I'm not interested in ever returning there again.

  I waited 30 minutes for my food, and when I finally revived it there was food missing. Not to mention when I ate the bacon egg and cheddar bagel, it had an INSANE amount of pepper and salt so I couldn’t even finish it. The workers did not seem to know what they were doing since as I was waiting for my food, they messed up orders and did the bare minimum to fix them. One of the older workers had asked if the woman was sure she ordered her food right instead of trying to fix the mistake right away. It was just a really poor experience and they really need to hire people who know what they’re doing and can train people.

  There this morning to getTwo bagels with cream cheese and tomato ended up getting two bagels with cream cheese after he asked me three times what I wanted on my bagel… at work and very upset way to start your day.

  Refused a simple request that would have taken seconds. For a classroom party, I asked for bagels to be cut into quarters. They had knives and the ability to do it, but chose not to because it wasn’t their normal routine. No safety issue, no time issue—just unwillingness to help. Very disappointing service. To add to the lack of customer service, they were out of plastic knives for me to able to cut them myself and they still refused to go above.
