So I came back in and kindly explained it didnt taste right and it was bitter. The manager on duity, she got snippy with me saying "Well its a Latte and Lattes have expresso so its going to be bitter." After explaining once again that there's no flavoring in it and its bitter completely no hints of the pumpkin spice latte I ordered. She takes the cup from me and adds flavoring into the same cup that was in my hand and just drank from. She the hands it off to a young lady, (she was really kind and sweet I do not blame her whatsoever, she was following poor management leadership) who she now is scarring around trying to fix this order. After putting my drink into a new cup (still the same latte liquid) she mixes my drink with their tools puts a lid on and hands it back to me. Now if I didnt know any better I would say that was cross contamination. You took my drink ive drank off of put it to pumps you use for other people's drink and stirred it was tools you use for other people's drinks, so my germs and bacteria is now on all of the tools and pumps you used. Gross. 3/10 only because the young lady who the manager ponded my messed up oder onto, was kind and she looked frazzled enough as it is.

I stood there for several minutes being ignored — and I was the only customer. The place was a mess: food debris on the floor, dirty tables everywhere. Come on, Dunkin’ — great branding, but your team clearly doesn’t care.
