  The layout of this location is chaotic but drive thru service is 5 stars, recommend ordering ahead via the mobile app. If you go inside, the female managers will spend more time arguing with eachother than helping paying customers.

  Male employee on the phone is rude and has no customer service skills. Called in on 2/26/26 around 4:30pm.

  I was craving an iced latte in the evening on my way to girls game night. Coffee is not an issue for me as long as it's decaf. I ordered a large decaf iced vanilla. Service was quick enough at the drive through and staff was friendly. The problem was it was not decaf!!! I should have been suspicious that it came out quick because they (any coffeehouse) sometimes have to brew decaf special, but I just didn't question it. I am sensitive to caffine and I had a reaction to the regular coffee. It was very embarrassing coughing all evening while with my friends and then dealing with a headache from coughing so much. Now it is 4:00 am and I am still awake! Really Dunkin'! I would have waited for decaf to be brewed instead of dealing with my reaction to the regular coffee around my friends and now into the wee hours. Staff needs to be educated that decaffeinated is NOT the same as regular and there is a good reason people order decaf. Patrons should get what they order and it should not be viewed as an inconvenience to the staff if they have to brew a special cup/pot of decaf for a guest. I am so disappointed in this location for causing my embarrassment and now frustrated that I can't fall asleep. I am positive I received regular coffee as I do not have reactions to Dunkin' decaffeinated coffee. Yes, I am sure I ordered decaf I just didn't question it at the end as I usually do at any coffeehouse.

  Paid for a large black coffee asked for extra creamers on the side,, she gave me four Creamers So I asked, could I have a few more because I ordered extra and it’s a large coffee She told me she was only allowed to give me four per this large coffee She did give me two more Then I get out to my car and three people come running out saying I didn’t pay for my coffee, I go back in to say yes i tapped me card it did pay for it But here the cashier didn’t push a button for it to go through Is there a limit on creamers now? The only reason I get it on the side is cause if they pumped it, they would’ve poured it in I won’t be back there no more Thank you you have a good day. Holy god what a morning
