He said is that it and acted annoyed. I should have asked for it back. You’re not entitled to a tip when there is no service. You just handed me a pizza through a window.

It took over an hour and half to finally get delivered, according to the tracker it was in the oven an hour prior. It was delivered cold, even after asking the driver if it was still hot. Just very disappointing after waiting so long.
