- KBKeke Bryant3 days ago3.0I order today at 6:30, I told the lady that took my order I wanted a spicy chicken sandwich meal like 5 times she proceeded to tell me my order but keep saying a #10 i said that’s the spicy sandwich right she says yes, I get my food and there’s a jala ranch chicken sandwich not what I asked for! before you guys just throw new people to take orders you need to make sure they know the menu! Vary upsetting I eat there almost once a week.

Girl taking my order was amazing and was really sweet but when I got to the delivery they somehow managed to mess up every single thing in my order. They gave me 6 instead of 8, gave me grilled instead of fried, and had a concerning amount of hair in my food. I ate my food at first because grilled isn't bad I'll live with it since o was in a hurry but when I found out there was a huge thing of hair on the nuggets I almost threw up. The fact I tipped and let them keep the rest of my money too was disappointing finding out all of this. I know food industry is hard I work it myself and live in it myself, but just a heads up if you're ever ordering from this store.
