  It was extremely hot in there. Too hot to eat in. I love to sit and break but unfortunately couldn’t because their ac is broke. Staff was very pleasant but the amount of heat steaming in there should be inhumane.

  I had a very bad experience at this Wendy’s location. I ordered a bacon cheeseburger, and when I opened the wrapper, it smelled like vomit. The meat was clearly spoiled, and we couldn’t even eat it. On top of that, when we arrived, there was no air conditioning, and the place felt extremely hot and uncomfortable. The customer service was also disappointing — the cashier barely spoke to us and only asked what sauce we wanted for the nuggets and the name for the order. No greeting, no basic courtesy. Overall, this was a very unpleasant experience. Food quality and customer service definitely need serious improvement.

  This place always finds a way to mess something up. I’ve given them so many chances because they’re right around the corner from me but their mess ups have gotten ridiculous. How can you forget to add bacon to a sandwich that has bacon in the name? And do it 3 times in a row? I hadn’t been to this location in nearly 6 months but decided to give them another shot today. What do you think happened? They forgot to put bacon on a big bacon classic. How incompetent can you possibly be? This location absolutely grinds my gears.

  We stopped at the above identified restaurant for dinner last night and to do a pit stop as we journeyed home from Disney World. Service was horrendous. My husband stood at counter for over ten minutes while I took children to the bathroom, and no one even acknowledged him let alone waited on him. Also an employee occupied the bathroom for well over 15/ perhaps 20 minutes while people waited in line to use the bathrooms. I finally ask a young lady behind the counter for assistance. Food order then was missing an item chicken nuggets for my son which took another ten minutes to get. Meanwhile another employee occupied a bathroom for a considerable amount of time. We end up going to the circle k across street to go to bathroom. Serious issues with this restaurant. Didn’t seem like there was even a manager on duty.
