  Bought two combos, one of them is missing a taco and I only received one straw. Gave me the nachos without the cheese. Have came to this Taco Bell multiple times but now I’m gonna think twice about it.

  Waited around ten minutes for 3 items on a very non busy night. And on top of that , we asked for a regular Doritos taco no lectuce, they specifically asked us so you want it just meat and cheese? We responded yes just meat and cheese. How do I get home and not only find lettuce in my son’s taco, but sour cream as well. Think you should consider hiring differnet people for the overnight crew. Also gave us a supreme soft taco when we asked just for a regular soft taco. Think I’ll just stay away from this one.

  If I could give it less than 0 stars, I would. This is the third bad experience at this location. When I order a menu item, and pay for it, guess what I expect to get? That menu item that i ordered and payed for. Not the dumbed down basic version that costs less money than what I ordered. If your employees can't care enough to properly read the items on their screen, maybe they need different jobs. Poor reflection on management and this is strike 3. I won't be back, and neither should you.

  I have been here 3 times and it is the worst experience in fast food. No one cares that you walked in. They seem annoyed with everyone. And the food always takes a minimum of 10 minutes to come out.

  We told Heather multiple times that she had our order in the system wrong. I ordered REGULAR #6 just meat and cheese. She put in a SUPREME #6 and removed all the additional topping that I didn't want to pay for in the first place. She kept saying it was fixed. I get the receipt and she did not fix it, she still charged us for SUPREME #6 which is a different price than REGULAR #6. Please train your employees correctly. Very frustrating that I tried to have her correct it and she didn't comprehend. Lizzie, you might want to talk to Caleb about how he speaks to customers on the phone too. Unprofessional. But that's minimum wage for ya
