I order here once a week but tonight November 10th was a disaster because of The Angry bitter confrontational manager. Place the order at 9:12 for delivery. Order was picked up by doordash 9:31. Yes for all those that are ordering please note that a third party delivery company will most likely deliver your food and they make multiple stops. A lot of them don't even have a hot bag. The app said it was two stops ahead of me. finally Pizza is finally delivered 24 mins after pickup at 9:55. I live 6 minutes away from the store. You can imagine a pizza spending 24 minutes in someone's vehicle by the time it arrived The pizza was ice cold. I called the manager and right away he was confrontational and started arguing with me telling me that the wait time is acceptable and there's "no way there was two stops ahead of me" "he's been working there for 4 years" he said max won't stop well I watched with my own eyes on the app. Then he told me it's normal to wait 45 minutes to get my pizza. Pizza was Ice cold. I replaced the order online for pick up carry out because I wanted a hot fresh pizza. Drove to the store Upon attending the store shortly after 10:00 p.m. there was no pizza ready in fact they were completely dead nothing was going on. The man who identified himself as the manager (I'm not sure if it's the older twin or the younger twin) was very angry and bitter. He said he banned my phone number and I should "go to Pizza Hut"!!! I even brought him back to Old Pizza to show him I never ate that cold piece of cardboard. I'm not sure why he caused so much drama over $15??? I spend around $700 a year at papas on average. Never had a problem until today !!! And then even after I left the store he came into the parking lot and continued to yell at me. If my phone wasn't out of space I would have liked to record his ridiculousness . If you're the owner or general manager please review the security cameras November 10th 10:00 p.m. and see for yourself if that's appropriate how he acted also check the phone recordings.
