I was shocked. They did not accept my online order because they are a private ownership McDonald's and doesn't honor all promotion. Frankly, I was quite embarrassed. Would never go back to this store in Seffner, even though I live 2 miles down the road.

I am honestly frustrated and upset with the experience I had at this McDonald’s drive-thru today around 4pm I was polite at both windows, saying things like “thank you,” “I appreciate you,” and “have a great day,” and I got nothing in return. No words, no acknowledgment, just looks that made me feel like I was completely invisible, like I didn’t matter at all.
I don’t know why the staff acted this way, but it was completely unacceptable. Being a customer doesn’t mean you deserve to be treated with disrespect. If you are going to work in customer service, basic courtesy should be a given.
I hope management reads this and addresses the way customers are being treated here. No one should leave feeling dismissed and disrespected just for trying to be polite.

Messed up my order so I called and spoke with Evelyn and she handled the situation perfectly. I go here every day and always have good to great experience.

The absolute worst location Ive ever been to. The manager on staff today with red hair was extremely rude. Her staff messed up my order, she blamed me, and then she threatened to call the cops on me after I refused to park and wait for 2 PLAIN cheeseburgers. What a clown.

Late night run to mc D's drive through girl was excellent! She had red dreads i unfortunately didn't get her name. The girl who handed me my food at the 2nd windows was excellent as well. Best experience i have ever had at a McDonald's
