When the driver called me and I spoke to a guy. Which he didn't want to give me his name. With Uber eats if you cancel the order they charge you a cancellation fee. He had the nerve to tell to pay the cancellation fee. I would understand if I messed up the order. The store didn't even have the ice cream. As much as I use Uber eats I have never seen when the store can't cancel the order. The young man definitely needs to learn customer service. I never order from them again
