  This Dunkin is honestly the worst Dunkin I’ve ever been. They get your order wrong all the time and take forever to make it. Don’t even bother going through the drive thru unless you want to take 30 minutes waiting for one item. They need either better management or better staffing. I’ll rather drive the extra time to the McIntosh location. The picture is supposed to be a iced brown sugar shaken oat expresso by the way, extremely disappointing.

  I love getting my hot coffee in the mornings But lately, what has been going on through the drive-through line?? you almost have to wait 10 minutes. There's 10 cars waiting. I usually make my orders on the app and I have to wait that long and please start cleaning up the place better. No, come on this. Dunkin' Donuts is getting ridiculous. You're making me late for work or School.

  When I got into the drive-thru there was only three cars in line 22 minutes in the Drive-Thru line I ordered mine Ford pickup inline and when I got it it was watered down yes I made them redo it. That don't make no sense 22 minutes in drive-thru now cars are wrapped around the drive-thru because of that slow.

  It’s been 4 weeks since I last went to this absolute dumpster fire of a Dunkin. I tried to get a coffee but their COFFEE machine was BROKEN and OUT of ESPRESSO. 4 weeks later I come back thinking maybe they fixed it but after waiting for 30 minutes in the drive through to get a nice latte I’m told to my face it’s not. I thought ok I wasted that much might as well get a croissant but they were out of that too what a surprise. The cherry on top was that the drive thru made it so that it’s impossible to leave once you’re in line forcing you to sit there for 30 minutes only to leave empty handed because they don’t have anything in stock. Overall this was the worst experience I’ve ever had in my life. DONT GO HERE !!!

  I come to Dunkin’ pretty regularly, but lately the service has been inconsistent. On this visit, I waited over 15 minutes just for a remake of a sandwich, which shouldn’t take that long. I also tried to speak with another employee, but he had an attitude and wasn’t helpful, and I couldn’t really understand him. I will say Lamour made a big difference. He apologized right away, made everything fresh, and even added extra hash browns. He definitely helped fix the situation. I honestly wish there was a way to give Lamour five stars, but because of everything that happened before he stepped in, I have to leave this as a one-star experience overall. I’m leaving this because this isn’t the first time this week I’ve had issues, and it needs to be addressed. Hoping management takes a look at what’s going on, but I do appreciate employees like Lamour who actually care.
