I really wanted to try the new frosty's fusion with a thin mints being as I love thin-bent cookies. I drove off to head towards work which coincidentally is an hour and a half drive away. I had a couple mouthfuls and it was absolutely disgusting it tasted incredibly artificial. So I end up calling and asking for a manager All this particular individual did was say oh he was sorry I didn't like it. I end up calling corporate corporate said that they would be glad to make the connection so that somebody from upper management would call me to give me a refund. I waited all day never got a refund so as I am heading home now by the way this happened at 10:45 this morning as I am heading home now for an hour and a half drive going back to Sebring it is now 9:00 at night and I thought well instead of waiting for a member of management let me call and just swing by the restaurant. I asked to speak to a manager and the man said you are speaking to the manager so I explained the situation and he said and I quote I don't have authorization to give any refunds. I said I'm sorry I thought you're the manager in charge right now He said I am but I'm just a shift manager I can't do things like refunds I said it's a $5 refund we're asking for we're not asking for a whole lot we're asking for $5 refund oh I don't have the capability to do that. What sort of restaurant doesn't offer a refund or offer hey if you like come back by and I'll be glad to swap it out for something different that shame on the first manager shame on the second shift manager who can have the title of manager but not be able to do anything such as issue a refund I mean seriously. And shame on corporate for not getting back to me in a timely manner The call went in before 11:00 this morning. Very disappointing experience to say the very least

Tonight was my third try in the last three weeks of stopping in. For some reason this particular Wendy’s never has chili. They seem to be waiting on a truck that never shows up.

Drive thru order. AI attempted to take order and had a mind of it's own to add a coke without me saying anything 😕
Human worker no better, Couldn't use my gift card, tried 3 times. Was told, "I'm sorry, nothing I can do for you"
I was given food before payment.
I then hand worker a different card to pay for my order. No customer service what's so ever. Very disappointed to see young individuals not wanting to be bothered.
