  Absolutely abhorrent service. Owner only scheduled one person during dinner time. Waited almost 30 minutes for two turkey sandwiches. Not the clerks fault at all. They were apologetic and amazing. This falls on the owner. It's pathetic to put dollars above customer service. It's about safety as well. One person trying to watch an entire store, make food, ring people out and be personable all at the time is dangerous. The owner should be ashamed of themselves for putting dollars over people!

  An employee by the name of rade-in was very rude. I walked in and then she said she has to make 4 or so subs before she can get to me and it will be awhile. I asked how long and she just answered “I dont know”. That’s it. I asked will it be 20 minutes, hour, 30 minutes etc? She said again, not sure. I asked again will it be 20 or 30 minutes and she finally said it shouldn't be 30 minutes. The fact she could not even give a time range is crazy and flat out ride. Especially with her demeanor. No reason an estimate could not have been given. I walked out and the store lost my business.

  Food is good but I don't like this sun n lake subway because now in December 2025 you need to pay to go to the bathroom even to go to the bathroom you need to buy a soda or a sandwich it was fast for food but I don't really like subway bathroom no more

  This location never fails! Jose and Callly are awesome 💕 !! They always have my macadamia nut cookies, they always answer the phone friendly and accommodating. I live deep and Avon Park and I always drive to this location to get my subway fix 💯... You guys are doing a fantastic job keep up the great work!
