  Just finished trying the Big Arch. It sucked! The sandwich was cold and the roll was stale. Not to mention I waited in the drive through for over 15 minutes. I think the sandwich has potential but not at this location. That's $9.00 I'll never see again. Forget about trying to work into the gourmet burger market with locations like this! POORLY MANAGED!

  I can’t believe this they give me a fish sandwich instead of 2 cheese burgers and I’m allergic to FISH!!!! I kindly asked them if they can give me my correct order and the manger says no than kicks me out the drive through 🙄 LAWSUIT

  Good location still left around that has the staff actually take your order and good service unlike other locations where they don’t seem to want to socialize or interact with customers and breakfast served till 11am sundays

  Every time I've ordered anything form this specific mc donalds they've gotten something wrong, i would overlook it if it was one time, but this has happened multiple times now. Save yourself the trouble and just go to the one in Avon park.
